What is Phase technology
I am teaching a class on how to pass a basic understanding of computers
test, to know what I needed to teach I took the test myself (and passed
with a 98%) however one question stumped me, the question was "What is a
benefit of phase technology", I have no clue what phase technology is, it
also had questions about take reals (from the 60's and 70's) so it may be
old technology? Anyways I can't seem to find anything helpful online or
from my normal resources, I would like to teach my students every aspect
of this test including phase technology, but to do that I need to know
what it is. Any help on figuring out what phase technology is and a little
more about it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
EDIT: I did find three refences to phase technology:
being a reference to computers that use physical hardware to keep track of
1's and 0's and had a third position in between 1 and 0.
being a company that sells speakers and other sound equipment.
and lastly an information management software, the third one seems most
logical given the test, but I would like to still hear others opinions on
if this what I was looking for, and if so some more information on it.
